Myth Coconut Mojito

Ingredients
4 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime cut into 3 wedges
1 tablespoon fine granulated sugar
Double measure of MYTH Coconut (50ml)
2 tablespoons cream of coconut (comes in a can),
shaken well and stirred before using
Club Soda
Mint & Lime wedges to garnish
Instructions
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, combine mint leaves, lime wedges and sugar: using a muddler, or a wooden spoon, muddle the mint, lime and sugar together until lime juices are released.
Stir in the MYTH and coconut cream; fill shaker with ice and shake until the drink is thoroughly chilled and well combined.
Strain mixture into a cocktail glass and top with a dash of club soda.
Garnish with mint leaves and a wedge of lime; serve.

Garnish: lime slices and fresh mint
Instructions
In a tumbler, muddle the lime wedges and sugar.
Fill the glass with ice, add the MYTH, and stir briefly.
Top with Club Soda.
Garnish with a slice of lime and fresh mint.
Myth Coconut Collins

Myth Coconut Raspberry Fizz

Ingredients
Double measure of MYTH Coconut (50ml)
Raspberry Soda (100ml)
Fresh Raspberries and Mint
Grenadine Syrup
Instructions
Prepare the garnish – thread fresh raspberries onto a sprig of fresh mint.
Pour a large measure of MYTH Coconut over a good quantity of ice.
Top with 100ml of Raspberry Soda.
Lay your fresh raspberry garnish across the top of the glass.
Ingredients
Double measure MYTH Dark Spiced (50ml)
150ml Single Cream
Chocolate Syrup (15ml)
Dark Chocolate (Small piece)
Instructions
Pour the cream, MYTH Dark Spiced and a small dash of chocolate syrup into a cocktail shaker with some ice.
Shake well.
Pour into a large brandy glass and decorate with grated dark chocolate.

Double Espresso (or can of pre-prepared black espresso)
Sugar Syrup (15ml)
Coffee beans to garnish
Instructions
Pour the MYTH Dark Spiced, Espresso and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes.
Shake well, strain into a Martini glass and decorate with a roasted coffee bean or two.
